Delete your account

Delete in the app (fastest)

You can delete your account and all of its data yourself, at any time:

• Open the KeepHive app.
• Go to Settings → Delete account.
• Confirm. Your account is deactivated immediately.

Can’t access the app?

Email hello@keephive.app from the email address on your KeepHive account and ask us to delete it. We’ll verify it’s you and complete the deletion within 30 days.

What gets deleted

Deleting your account permanently erases the data associated with it, including:

• Your profile and login.
• Every thing you added and its details.
• All receipts and documents you uploaded.
• Insurance policies, expenses, maintenance schedules, and reminders.
• Households you own and the data shared within them.

When it’s erased

Your data is permanently deleted within 7 days of your request and rolls off our encrypted backups within 30 days. After that it cannot be recovered.

What we may keep

We retain only the minimal records the law requires — for example, purchase/transaction records needed for tax and accounting. These are kept for the legally required period and are not used for any other purpose.

Cancel your subscription separately

Deleting your KeepHive account does not cancel an active paid subscription. To stop billing, also cancel it where you bought it: in Google Play (Play Store → your avatar → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions → KeepHive → Cancel), in the App Store on iOS, or from the web billing page if you subscribed on the web.
